About Us

Tx Xchange is located in Gunbarrel, Colorado. It was founded in October of 2006 by Dr. Mark Barnes and Jonathan Epstein. The Company was created to address the significant clinical and business issues confronting rehabilitation industry today.

In the last few years, Mark came to recognize how the industry has stagnated and how similar to rehab of 25 years ago. He came to identify the close relationship between patient outcomes, the patient experience, and the business challenges the industry faces. Providers and patients do not have the tools and information they need to more effectively and efficiently participate in the rehabilitative process. And while, manual intervention and hands-on therapy continues to work well in the clinic, the moment the patient leaves the office, continuity of care is broken and the patient experience becomes uninspired and unengaged.

To solve these challenges, we founded Tx Xchange, an innovative web-based rehabilitative care platform. The Company's mission is to help our customers improve their patient's outcomes, deliver a superior healthcare experience to their patients, and drive increased revenue and productivity.
