Tx Xchange (pronounced "treatment exchange") is web-based software used by rehabilitative therapists to deliver and manage patient care online. Patients use Tx Xchange to more actively participate in their care; clinics use Tx Xchange to market their practices and implement cash-based programs; and referring physicians use Tx Xchange to be more aware of their patient's progress.
